This Catalan townhouse exudes style and offers the unique opportunity to enjoy the best of modern accommodation while staying in a house with history.
Despite its central location, the house is a haven of tranquility in a spacious building spread over 3 floors.
The entrance of the house leads directly to the dining room, with an antique solid wood table and chairs. There are also two wooden rocking chairs, a fireplace (not usable) and some antique furniture that adds a special touch to the area.
The dining room leads to a small patio (open to the sky) with some plants.
From here our guests will find the kitchen, which maintains the original cabinets and all its charm, but all the appliances such as oven, stove, fridge / freezer and even the sink have been modernized for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is large enough and accommodates a small round table and two chairs, perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach.
In addition, on the ground floor, our guests will find a large room with two white sofas with capacity for three people each, an armchair, a fireplace, some pieces of Catalan ceramics and old paintings by local artists on the walls. This area is directly connected to the kitchen and dining room mentioned above.
A flight of stairs with picturesque blue and white tiles leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms in the house are located.
The master bedroom features an impressive solid wood double bed with a carved wooden headboard. There are three more bedrooms on this floor, two of them with a double bed each and the last one with two single beds, one hidden under the other, so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms.
There are two modern bathrooms on the first floor, each with a shower, sink and toilet.
Higher up, on the second floor, our guests will find a large multipurpose room with different areas, including a study or work area with a large glass table, a living room with a sofa, a television and two armchairs and another relaxation area. with a nice sofa with an iron frame and cushions that imitate old mattresses, the perfect place to unwind for a while.
But the highlight of this floor, and also of the entire property, is the large terrace that can be accessed from the multipurpose room.
The terrace has an L-shaped sofa, some additional chairs and many plants, usually with flowers. This terrace is a very special place to relax with your family or friends and remember all the exciting adventures experienced during the day, while savoring some local wine or your favorite drink. You will surely be able to live unforgettable nights on this terrace!
On this floor, there is a third full bathroom with a shower.
Finally, another flight of stairs leads to the roof terrace, where our guests can enjoy impressive views of the rooftops of the old town and from where you can partially see the sea.
On this terrace, there is a small utility room where the washing machine and other cleaning utensils are located.
Thanks to its thick walls, the entire property is well insulated from the summer heat, but there is an air conditioning unit on the second floor, the hottest, to provide extra comfort to our guests.
In case you visit us during the winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating through hot water radiators.
ANTIK CHARM VILLA has free wifi for all our guests.
We do not recommend this villa for people with limited mobility as several flights of stairs must be climbed to access the bedrooms and the terrace. We also suggest keeping younger children under surveillance at all times.
Please note that the villa is located on a pedestrian street, so it is not possible to drive to the front door. The accommodation does NOT have its own parking but, if you arrive in Sitges with your own vehicle, we can help you rent a nearby parking space at an additional cost. Ask us if you are interested.
ANTIK CHARM VILLA in Sitges is a wonderful example of a traditional Sitges house on a quiet street and a short walk from the beach, with a nice private terrace that offers the perfect refuge to escape the hustle and bustle of the center.
